Diego Maradona’s ‘Hand of God’, 1986

Whether you love him or loathe him Diego Maradona was one of the greatest footballers to ever grace the game. In 1986 at the World Cup in Mexico he cemented his place in the games history in two ways. His first, the famous ‘hand of god’ goal has sadly over shadowed the unique brilliance of the second which is surely one the best individual goals ever scored.
