The ultimate superhero Superman is an American cultural icon. In Legoland, Superman is still super-duper fun, with his red cape and his red briefs on the outside. Although this superhero needs some re-education with his fashion sense he still is loved by many children and adults alike.

Lego Superman was of course based on Kal-El (that is Superman’s birth name in Krypton), the son of a scientist. When Krypton was about to blow, Kal-El was rocketed to earth and was found by a farmer and his wife -he was later on raised as Clark Kent.

Clark Kent grew up to be a good person who used his special abilities for the sake of humankind, and you already know the rest of the story. Superman fans have been creating Lego Superman minifigures for a very long time now and many are posted online.

Superman Lego is of course as powerful as the superhero and will be in Legoland for a very long time. Lego towns are thankful that Superman is within their midst since there are bad guys in Legoland.  To the delight of many fans, Lex Luthor, the number 1 nemesis of the superhero is also in Legoland. In fact, he is now out of stock in The Big Toy Hut. The minifigure is being sold at Amazon as well but it seems that the Kryptonite-holding villain is rather popular that he is out of stock as well.

Another villain in the name of Bizarro is also making a splash in Legolandia. Josh LaFollette, a Lego builder loves Bizarro so much that he made a custom minifig for the guy. La Follette is of course talented and he even made a Lego Superman of his own -which is rather cute.
LaFollette also has Superman comics in Lego. His friends and fans read the comics in LaFollette’s MOCpages.
Of course, Lego Superman will not be as fun without the Justice League. Many Lego builders have been making Justice League Lego for a very long time as well.Legolandia will no longer have to worry about criminals and villains, Superman and his friends are here!
