If I Sing You a Love Song…

If you remember that throaty love song that goes “Love songs don’t leave you, the way lovers often do, so baby let me sing a love song for you…” This song applies to many people all around the globe and it applies to Lego minifigs as well. Take for example former golden couple, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt. Lego Brad and the real Bradley Pitt left now his former wife to be with Angelina Jolie. The two now have their very own set of children in real life and in Legolandia.

Another heartbreaking Lego love story is Lego Tiger Woods’ and his wife Erin’s. The philandering Tiger is now alone and might get divorced soon. Lego Tiger and Lego Erin’s love story has finally ended and this is a sad thought especially at this time of the year.

Lego Bill Clinton and Lego Hillary has the same story. Hillary’s philandering husband even faced impeachment during his presidency making the Clinton love story a sham.

During Lego Barrack Obama’s inauguration though, the Clinton minifigs (and the real Clintons) were sitting sede by side. Whatever happened there let us all hope it was something good because heartbreak in Legolandia is more heartbreaking than the real deal.

John F. Kennedy, no matter how great the man was, still cheated on his wife. Although the whole story is full of controversy, this is something that is depicted using Lego bricks -by adults of course.

It seems that love songs really do last longer than most lovers but not Laura and George W. Bush and Dubya’s mom and dad. They are the ones who seem to have gone against all odds. Michelle and Barrack Obama seem to be doing well in terms of their marriage as well and that is one good example for everyone.

Lego fanatics’ interpretations of the love affairs of political figures is not something new and whatever the reason that these are immortalized in Lego, they are still cute -amidst all the controversy.
