The Brick Solomon and Other Folks from the Bible
King Solomon is a King of Israel and according to biblical accounts, he is the son of David –the guy who killed Goliath. In Legoland, King Solomon is still the same character, someone with great wisdom, power and wealth.

When Lego King Solomon became King of Israeli Legolandia, Zadok the priest, Benaiah the warrior, Nathan the prophet and the Pelethites and the Kerethites put the young Solomon on a mule and paraded him down to Gihon.

When they got to the river, Zadok anointed Solomon with oil. The sounds of the trumpets were heard and the Lego Solomon’s people shouted “Long live King Solomon!”. All his people came after him in celebration. The people were celebrating too loud that the ground split open.
More on King Solomon

King Solomon had a thousand women, 700 of which are his wives and 300 of them were his concubines. This goes the same with Lego King Solomon who had foreign princesses for wives including a Pharaoh’s daughter. In the Lego creation above, you can see Lego King Solomon’s many wives and concubines. The foreign princesses ruled his court but not one of them were as controversial as the Queen of Sheba. The Queen of Sheba was never part of the King’s harem but was rumored to be the wise King’s lover. Although the Bible and the Qur’an never hinted at any type of sexual relations between the Ethiopian and Egyptian Queen, historical accounts say something else.

Solomon however is not famous for his many wives since that was the norm in those days, he instead is famous for his wisdom.

Before Solomon became King, his father, King David commanded his son to obey the commandments. The depiction of father and son is Lego is something very touching but the only question is, why is Lego Solomon wearing a blanket for a cape?
