Captain Jack Sparrow is a beloved character from Pirates of the Caribbean and it is the character that cemented Johnny Depp’s popularity in Hollywood. Although the actor’s acting prowess was already seen in Edward Scissorhands, being the captain of the Black Pearl expanded the actor’s fan base.
