Happy Valentine’s Day Lego fans! To those who are anti-Valentine’s because you are seriously single, thou shall not worry because you will not be excluded from this article.

For those who are in love, Valentine’s Day is celebrated with flowers, gifts and those little cuddly Teddy Bears that say “Be Mine”.

Amy Farrah Fowler, Sheldon’s friend who is a girl who is just a friend and not his “girlfriend” in the award-winning TV series “The Big Bang Theory” tweeted about 2 hours ago that “Hearts seem to be on everybody’s mind today,  yet nobody wants to see the pig heart I have preserved in my lab.” Surely those who are not feeling the love would love to see that.

Love is sweet and kind, or so old folks say and it probably is and it probably makes the world go round too although that very statement is against the laws of physics. But we are not here to dispute anything about love per se, it is Valentine’s Day after all and it is time to celebrate love. To Lego enthusiasts, today is the day that we send little Lego hearts to our loved ones.

Even if you are single and do not have date plans for Valentine’s Day, you can still be happy today. As Filipino teacher Rachelle de Guzman said, she is madly in love with life. Now that is positive thinking. It can be a bit painful however if you hear another Filipino, a woman senator at that say “True love is like measles. You only get it once in your lifetime and you are immune forever”.

Whichever the case, many people from allover the globe are quite happy. Take Kristine Haastrup, a Danish citizen for example, her husband made her breakfast in bed with a heart-shaped salmon to boot!
