What does it take to be a rockstar?

Rockstars have to play cool music. The current definition is no longer limited to singing rock songs but also songs that are uber cool and songs that become hits. Cher and Elvis are rockstars, even James Dean is one even if he was an actor just because he has this rockstar aura.

The definition of a rockstar keeps on expanding that it is so easy to be a rockstar in one’s own circle.

It is hard to be a rockstar though because you have to be super talented and have a voice that is easily identifiable with your band. Or you can be a drummer or a guitarist –just be part of a band.

There are a few myths surrounding the rockstar definition though and no you do not really have to smoke grass to be one. In fact, rockstars do a lot of good for the world –take Bono for example.

To be a rockstar, you would need a manager but before that, talent is important. If you are not talented, it might be best if you look for a different gig. There are a lot of people in show business who are not talented at all but they still make it –but you have to know that they do not stay on top for long.

Actually, to be very truthful, if one dreams to be a rockstar and does something about it –he or she will be one.

Who knows right? You can be the next Lego rockstar i.e. a master builder or be a corporate rockstar i.e. a CEO or a rockstar who actually plays music.
