Little Coloured Bricks

He wakes every morning feeling rested, he looks in the mirror and changes his hairpiece or maybe not.

He goes out the door, checks his mail then if it’s a Sunday he goes to church or to the mosque nearby. If it’s not a Sunday and it is still early in the morning, he drinks coffee in his Lego kitchen and watches the astronaut or robot neighbor waiting for the bus. He then takes a quick bath and goes to work –either to the construction site or to wherever he is sent to by the child or person who owns him.

Upon arriving at his place of work, he says a few Hi’s and Hello’s to his co-workers and hurries to his station before the boss comes in. If it’s a Monday he would ask his co-workers how their weekend was without waiting for a response. The Lego man we are talking about is the main Lego man- the first ever Lego man that was bought for the child who owns the Lego town. He is the most popular Lego man ever in this particular Lego town and he might even be Superman for all we know.

He may even have dated the prettiest Lego ladies or probably even lives a life like that of James Bond. Whatever he does, he is the main focus of everything amidst the hustle and bustle of the place he lives in. He is like Truman in the Truman Show only happier and content.

By noon he goes out to lunch with his mates, have a sandwich or two or whatever he fancies. He talks to them for a few minutes then they go all right back to what they are working on. By 5 pm he is out the door, he either will just go home and have an early dinner or prepare for a date with the girl he loves or maybe just watch TV and order pizza.
