St. Lego City’s Fire Department
August 3rd, 2010Ever heard of the city of St. Lego? This city is an old Lego city that has all the basic services its Lego citizens need. The City of St. Lego Fire and Rescue Service was established as early as 1874 to protect not only St. Lego citizens but their properties as well. According to their official website, the St. Lego Fire & Rescue Service has 1210 active officers, support personnel and firefighters that protect the whole of St. Lego. In fact, according to the website, they are one of the most equipped and modern firefighting facility in the history of the little coloured bricks.
Fire suppression and prevention are the main thrusts of the firefighting department. They also have a forestry division, a marine division, air wing, emergency medical services, beach patrol, and a fire academy that trains would-be firefighters.

Squad 11 is one of the first squads under the said department. They have a powerful fire truck with a 2008 Pierce Saber, 1250 GPM pump and a 750 gal tank. This rather sophisticated piece of brick is one of the best equipment that the department has.
Station Two was constructed in 1934 and today boasts 3 bays with sleeping quarters for firefighters in the inside. The said station has 4 vehicles commissioned to its name and this includes Engine Two, Car Two, Rescue Two and Tactical Rescue Two. Station Two is located at the North End of St. Lego City.

Built in the year 1929, Station Three is located in Union Square, the busiest part of town. The station is made up of 3 stories and a 4 story tower to its side.

Being one of the busiest fire stations in the area, Station Three is equipped with all the necessary vehicles and support that it needs.
There are other stations in the area and we at the Little Coloured Bricks think that this fire department is so vast that it will make the Lego enthusiast dizzy in happiness.
